It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food.
Personally I would not stay here again.

Good ambience. All the staff were very good. Their service was fast and good. Food and drinks were good too. Service by Ms Renuka with her charming smile was well appreciated.Weather favoured our wonderful time spent there in Jungle Cafe, Mayfair, Gangtok. A good place for family gatherings and private parties.

Simply superb . Wonderful ambiance and hospitality .The entire team is so charged to serve with smile and with best of hospitality. We tried local food ; Chicken Thuppa and zara mattar ki sabzi. Renuka is just amazing ; Chandan Thakur and SH Mohanty are so pleasing personality! Good days ahead for Mayfare Sikkim with this Team God bless Sikkim and God bless Mayfare Jai Jagannath

loved our stay here for 3 nights . fabulous property with good amenities. Spacious and clean rooms. The vibe of resort is so serene and spiritual especially with small temples that are built inside. staff is very courteous as well especially chef ravikant who customised the meals as per our taste. lovely experience overall

Very beautiful property with spa and good service. Rooms are of good size and amenities are a good match for the price paid. However, food needs little improvement and in room menu has very limited options which can be made better. Overall a good experience.

Very nice stay it was everything from beginning to end was great I and my family thoroughly enjoyed hope to comeback soon .... superb management and takes care of minute details rooms are good house keeping is good and room service excellent
